Did you know that the world renowned car manufacturer for luxury,the 'Rolls Royce' is owned by BMW. The background of BMW and its vast market presence would be great shock to many of the people.

Their business has had an enormous evolution and diversification in products ranges from airplane engines(till world war-I) to cars.Many would wonder 'what BMW manufactured JET engines' yeah that's true and infact they were the major suppliers to the German's Air Support till 1918.If you think that this would be the only news you didn't know about BMW , well here it comes,the symbol of BMW came from the circular motion of the propeller and latter on the symbol has had small changes which we can see today as one of the most valued brand in the world. 

          Even BMW had met a situation of closing down the whole plant and that was because of the Treaty of Versailles after WWII .It was a big blow on the face of BMW which was headed by a German engineer who latter thought of modifying the engineering marvel of aeronautics into a bike and that was the moment for BMW to touch its first feet on the ground and rule.The first ever BMW motorcycle had a drive shaft rather than a chain driven power transfer.Its true what elder's say 'Those were the days,hmmm'.

          Within few years of BMW's entry they bagged the record for the fasted motorcycle in the world which had such a superior modeling that it is still been used as the chassis.WOW!!!
